Stitching Song Miku

Made for the Hiding in Your Wi-fi zine over on Tumblr, it's Hatsune Miku: cross-stitch edition! The theme of the zine was Miku, reinterpreted, so of course I had to do my take in cross-stitch. The inspiration was Joan Elliott, Mirabilia, Bella Filipina-- all the 'swooshy dress crew'-- and it was quite a fun style to play around in! The zine was-- is-- a free PDF, and my entry includes a pattern to stitch your own Miku. It was really, really fun to be a part of the zine, and everybody's works turned out quite beautifully! The two friends running it did a swell job, too. Great times all around!
