Make this year's Christmas 'pretty in pink', with contemporary-style festive blooms. Set against a soft, peppermint green backdrop, adorned with falling snowflakes, these Christmas flowers are the girliest - and loveliest! - we've seen in a while. Stepping away from the conventional yuletide reds and greens, designer April Rose's detailed design opts for a fresher, more delicate colour palette of pinks and pistachio. This floral piece has a gorgeous shabby-chic feel and we're just loving it! Plus, using a fabulous delicately patterned fabric really shows off the design at its best - it's still a 14-count aida, but the soft snowflakes flurry is adorable, isn't it?! Whether you keep it for yourself, or give it as a gift, this modern project will add an elegant feel to any home. It's probably best suited to those stitchers with a little experience, due to the density of the stitching and the range of techniques, but the counting isn't tricky. So start now, and you'll have plenty of time to be finished, framed and wrapped by Christmas day!
