'Emo furever' cat cross stitch pattern :3 (with multiple kitty design options!) 🖤✨ It may surprise some of you (because my profile is a pretty pink paradise) but I’m an emo! I was a teenager with a long side-swept emo fringe, lots of piercings, checkered clothing, and an obsession with emo music. Today I still mostly wear black and listen to a lot of the same music, but I’m also equally a pink princess and enjoy switching between the two. 🖤💗 This customisable cat x stitch design features 5 different cat colours and 5 different colours for the emo accessories. You get all the options by purchasing the pattern once and can create as many emo cats as you like! You’re also welcome to use other colours to match your own emo kitty if you prefer. :3 Were you an emo teenager? Are you an elder emo? It was never a phase for some of us. Emo forever. 🖤 For this design, I used 14 count aida in light pink and 3 strands of thread for the white stitches, and 2 strands of thread for all the other colours. I then used 2 strands of thread to backstitch the whiskers. You can find screenshots of the backstitching in the pattern at the end of the PDF download to make this easier. You can find the DMC colours I used in the pattern upon your purchase. The pictured frame is 7x5" (with 5.5"x3.5" for the design within the frame), and the stitch count for this design is 40x66 stitches. This design can easily fit other frame sizes - just remember to leave enough aida around the design so it fits.
