No matter how you take your coffee, or what kind of tea you prefer, this sampler is sure to perk you up! For most of us, getting the kettle on and pouring ourselves a cuppa is the best way to start the day. Whether you're someone who likes to curl up with a coffee, or enjoy unwinding with camomile before bed, you'll enjoy stitching either of these charts. Gail Bussi's rustic design will look amazing at your drinks station, reminding you of the joys in your favourite brew. Stitched on cream aida, the soft hue of the fabric adds a vintage look and feel, along with the muted colour palette for a soft finish. There are two alternate charts of tea and coffee for you to choose from - if you know of a friend who prefers the opposite to you, make it for them so you can match! Finish the design as a layered hanging using foam board and a coordinating coloured backing fabric, like a dusty rose shade. Stitching Time: Approx. 25 hours Type of Stitches: Cross stitch, fractionals, backstitch, French knots Ease of Stitching: Intermediate Shopping List: - DMC 14-count ecru aida measuring 24x32cm (9-1/2" x 12-1/2") - Stranded cotton as listed in the key - Size 24 tapestry needle - 5mm white foam board, backing fabric, thread for lacing, craft glue, medium-weight iron-on interfacing and twine of your choice from local stores Models were stitched by Lisa Draycott.
