Fiona's sun and sea hoop is a design to work on to unwind, using repetitive motion to meditate. We recommend working on this outside in the warm sun. You don't need to learn any special skills for this design as it's simply backstitching in repetitive patterns. Remember to pay careful attention to the line colour and number of strands in the key as colours don't always match the thread shade.
